Our promise: We will not charge you a booking fee or increase the advertised price of any room. Within 24 hours after you receive your reservation confirmation from us, if you find the “same Riad/same room/same dates/same number of guests” combination advertised cheaper on the internet, we will gladly match that price and refund you the difference. Exceptions to the Best Price Guarantee:

Room Splits - Hostal booking companies who split room rates in half for one person giving you the impression you can get that whole room for half the price. Our guarantee is based off of the entire price of the room not per person.

Package rates that lump together numerous travel services giving the appearance that the room price is discounted.

Lets compare apples with apples. This Best Price Guarantee is based off a “stand alone” room price with its standard advertised amenities (such as breakfast included.) It does not include special discount packages such as another site offering a 5th night free if you book 4 nights. Taxes: Some room prices we get from a riad include some taxes and some do not. We will tell you what taxes you have to pay. Other booking sites surprise you when you check out at your destination because they did not include certain taxes. Our prices will state if taxes are included or not.

Other Terms and Qualifying Conditions:

You must inform us by email at rateguarantee@riadreviews.com , within 24 hours of the time of your booking. Your email should include this information: your name, your receipt from purchase through www.riadreviews.com, and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account. Note: Screenshots will not be taken in place of this information.

This does not apply to same day bookings.

The room rate must be in the same currency - our site's currency is in Euros although we take payment in other foreign currencies.

We will only refund the difference of the lower rate if there is no cancellation of your booking made through www.riadreveiws.com

If your claim is not in accordance with our best price guarantee with its terms and conditions, you are not released from our terms and conditions related to your original booking. Therefore all our booking conditions including the cancellation policy are still applicable.

This guarantee does not apply to rooms purchased in riad through or in combination with specific membership rates, discounts, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions with a riad. This does not apply to sites offering prices not shown until after you pay for your booking or where you do not choose your riad until after the purchase.

Our riad is located in the Fes Medina (the most authentic ancient city of the Arabworld and classified as a World Heritage city by UNESCO). It is located near the city gate called BAB JEDID which is accessible by car.

You'll find 4 suites and 1 single roomarranged around a large patio and a living room with a panoramic terraceoverlooking the medina. Just open the door and you will find privacy,peace and relaxation. You can experience the colors, smells and tastes oftraditional Moroccan delicacies - particularly those of the city of Fez. You canenjoy delicious home-made dishes on the patio.

Weorganize tours of the medina (old palaces, traditional houses and madrasahs) and tours to places around Fes such as the Roman ruins ofVolubilis, the Middle Atlas (Ifrane, Azrou), and the southern dunes of Merzouga.

A Moulay Yacoub is located 20 km from the riad, there you'll find a spawith a state-of-the-art thalasso-therapy center, specializing in rheumatology and skin treatments.

And to facilitate your arrival, we'll welcome you at the airport or the train station and bring you to our riad.

S'il fallait enquelques mots vous donner le ressenti de ce périple marocain, nous pourrions utiliser les adjectifs suivants :

acceuillant, charmant, enfin épicurien en tout point.

Des chambres décorées avec raffinement, une table aux parfums colorés et variés avec une recherche permanente de satisfaire nos désirs mais aussi de nous surprendre.

Et avant tout une grande gentillesse, enfin un lieu où l'on a hâte de retourner au plus vite.

“Ma deuxième maison loin de chez moi à Fez”

Fez était la ville pour notre lune de miel marocain, et le Riad attarine s'est avéré être un bon choix. Le Riad est belle, propre, calme et spacieuse. hugues et Salima, les propriétaires, sont très chaleureux et accueillant, bien informé et serviable. Ils ont fait en sorte que nous nous sentions chez nous et confortable. Le personnel est super et la cuisine est frais, savoureux et copieux.
Ils nous ont aidés à organiser une culturel guide pour Fès car la volière ruines romaines de Volubilis. Ces correspondaient guides qui nous a montré mystérieuse et merveilleuse établissements qui ont rendu nos expéditions sur les villes plus qu'on était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour à Fez.
