Riad Aya is a majestic, hospitable and authentic Moroccan guest house nestled in the Medina of Marrakech and offers delicious food and a warm and beneficial tranquility. The 8 rooms encircle the main patio. You will also find a traditional Moroccan lounge which is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a cup of mint tea or other beverage. The riad has two rooms with fireplaces. It also has a dining room.

The atmosphere of this oasis is amplified by the antique, richly carved wooden doors, comfortable sofas, greenery, and artisanal lamps which reflect the beautiful art of the Medina. The subtlety and discretion of Riad Aya is enhanced through the warm welcome of the staff. The rooms, named after spices, open onto the patio on two floors and reflect the typical decoration of Marrakech. You can relax in privacy in the adjacent rooms furnished with low sofas and tables.

The colors and decor give a unique atmosphere to each room. The curtains add a delicate and intimate touch as well. Aromas of exotic spices from the kitchen of Riad Aya will open your appetite to savor the authentic Moroccan dishes which are the pride of the staff. The exquisite presentation of the tajines or other meals will be served in a secluded part of the patio or on the terrace. A small swimming pool and steam room are located on the terrace. Riad Aya is located East of the Bab Doukkala gate which is about a 10 minute walk North-West from Jemaa El Fna.
