You don't have to go anywhere else to find the best information at the best price for your stay in a riad here in Morocco. Our promise: We will not charge you a booking fee or increase the advertised price of any room. Within 24 hours after you receive your reservation confirmation from us, if you find the “same Riad/same room/same dates/same number of guests” combination advertised cheaper on the internet, we will gladly match that price and refund you the difference. Our reputation in Morocco is excellent and riads love to work with us.

Exceptions to the Best Price Guarantee:

Room Splits - Hostal booking companies who split room rates in half for one person giving you the impression you can get that whole room for half the price. Our guarantee is based off of the entire price of the room not per person.

Package rates that lump together numerous travel services giving the appearance that the room price is discounted.

Lets compare apples with apples. This Best Price Guarantee is based off a “stand alone” room price with its standard advertised amenities (such as breakfast included.) It does not include special discount packages such as another site offering a 5th night free if you book 4 nights. Taxes: Some room prices we get from a riad include some taxes and some do not. We will tell you what taxes you have to pay. Other booking sites surprise you when you check out at your destination because they did not include certain taxes. Our prices will state if taxes are included or not.

Other Terms and Qualifying Conditions:

You must inform us by email at rateguarantee@riadreviews.com , within 24 hours of the time of your booking. Your email should include this information: your name, your receipt from purchase through www.riadreviews.com, and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account. Note: Screenshots will not be taken in place of this information.

This does not apply to same day bookings.

The room rate must be in the same currency - our site's currency is in Euros although we take payment in other foreign currencies.

We will only refund the difference of the lower rate if there is no cancellation of your booking made through www.riadreveiws.com

If your claim is not in accordance with our best price guarantee with its terms and conditions, you are not released from our terms and conditions related to your original booking. Therefore all our booking conditions including the cancellation policy are still applicable.

This guarantee does not apply to rooms purchased in riad through or in combination with specific membership rates, discounts, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions with a riad. This does not apply to sites offering prices not shown until after you pay for your booking or where you do not choose your riad until after the purchase.

In the middle of Marrakech Medina, Eric and Olivier welcome you in their Riad adorned with all the Traditional Moroccan Artisan handwork (Zouak, zelliges, sculpted plaster, tadelakt) which will enhance your stay and fill you with charm and tradition.

The plunge pool in which to relax and the fountain which murmurs softly beside it invite you for a relaxing swim.

The riad La terrasse des Oliviers is dedicated to tranquility and service so everything will be done to satisfy you.

Relax in one of our 6 junior suites (all air-conditioned) after your journey or after your venture out to the souks or to the famous Djema El Fna Square which is a 15 minute walk away.

All our suites are equipped with bathrooms and a separate toilet. In the living room of your suite you can relax, read and we will even serve your breakfast there.

Eric and Olivier have named the suites all after tranquility and have called the Riad the terrace of olives because of the olive trees symbolism of peace.

* The above prices include VAT (sales tax) for two people with breakfast.
* Children 12 years and younger are free if they stay in their parents room.
* 20 Euro supplement for a 3rd person in the SALAM, SAFA, HANA, or Halaoui suites.

Notre séjour à La Terrasse des Oliviers, dans la chambre SALAM Suite Junior, fut un plaisir. Le chaleureux accueil qui est réservé aux clients par l'ensemble de l'équipe est très appréciable. Le Riad est calme, à moins de 20mn de la Place Jemmaa EL Fna, dans une petite ruelle pas si facile à trouver... La terrasse, quasiment ensoleillé à toute heure, est un lieu privilégié pour le petit déjeuner et offre en fin de journée un vrai moment de repos après l'agitation de la ville. Bref, une excellente adresse!

we give a ranking that is,in our opinion, more reasonable looking to what you get. The only 9 is for the service, all the staff is very friendly!! There is only one very big BUT in this Riad: we had the Hana junior suite. This room is located at the small alley where cars are not possible BUT where children are playing and motorcycles uses this small road and all this makes this suite very noisy. Beside that we had bad luck because next door in the Riad there was a couple with a young kid. The kid was very noisy and cried a lot so this was an extra minus in our stay. So if you like a quiet stay: don't take the Hana junior suite.

Nous avons vécu une semaine de rêve dans un décor enchanteur. Les diners de Malika sont certainement les meilleurs de Marrakech.Ce fut réellement un séjour mémorable.
